Gisborne Hydraulic Services Ltd have an experienced service and maintenance team. Our workshop facilities include two Hydraulic test rigs for testing valves, cylinders and motors and a specilised Ram machine . We guarantee that when your hydraulic goods leave our workshop they will be ready and tested to give the reliable operation that you have come to expect from Gisborne Hydraulic Services. Our service team will come to you regardless of where you are and what industry sector you belong to, from tractors to logging equipment, factories to pack houses, we service them all 24/7.

Service
Gisborne Hydraulic services have one of the most experienced hydraulics engineers in the East Coast region of the North island. Our service team are dedicated solely to hydraulics and pneumatics. Our service workshop is equipped with modern engineering equipment including lathes, mills, drills and welding plants etc. Gisborne Hydraulic Services have a total of 4 hydraulic service vehicles dedicated to providing fast on-site or at base service.

 Ram Breaker
Our custom made Ram machine was designed and built in house with a torque capacity of 44,000 Nm. This enables Gisborne Hydraulic Services to strip, repair and re-assemble the majority of hydraulic cylinders.

Test Rig
Our custom built Hydraulic Test Rig ensures that all components leaving our workshop are able to be tested for functionality and leakage prior to being dispatched back to our costumers.

Lathe
In house machine shop to compliment hydraulic builds or repairs.

Pipes and Tubing
Our installation engineers can install steel and stainless steel, tubing and pipe of all sizes and pressure ratings. Pipe welding and flanging for heavy duty high pressure pipe systems is no trouble to our service team. Our tubing work is second to none and all installations are fully cleaned using the latest techniques to ensure system cleanliness.
